Leighton Meester, Luke Cook play Good Cop/Bad Cop
TRAILER: Leighton Meester and Luke Cook play a sister-and-brother detective team in Good Cop/Bad Cop, debuting in the US and Australia in February.
Lou (Meester) and Henry (Cook), sister and brother detectives in a small Pacific Northwest police force, must contend with colourful residents, a serious lack of resources and their very complicated dynamic with each other and their police chief, Big Hank (Clancy Brown) – who happens to be their father.
The cast also includes Devon Terrell as Detective Shane Carson, Blazey Best as Nadia Drozdova, Scott Lee as Officer Joe Bradley, William McKenna as Officer Sam Szczepkowski, Shamita Siva as Officer Sarika Ray, Philippa Northeast as Dr Marci Laine and Grace Chow as Lily Lim.
The series is created and written by John Quaintance (Will & Grace, Workaholics), with Trent O’Donnell, Jeff Wachtel and Chloe Rickard as executive producers and Phil Lloyd as co-executive producer. O’Donnell (Population 11) will set up the series, alongside Gracie Otto (Bump) and Corrie Chen (Bad Behaviour) and Anne Renton (The Good Doctor).
A Future Shack Entertainment and Jungle Entertainment production for Stan in Australia, Roku and The CW in the US, in association with and distributed by ITV Studios.
Good Cop/Bad Cop debuts on The CW on February 19 and Stan on February 20.
