Jon Hamm wants Apple TV+ to be Friends & Neighbors
TRAILER: Mad Men’s Jon Hamm stars in Apple TV+ drama Friends & Neighbors, which debuts on April 11. Watch the trailer here.
After being fired in disgrace, Andrew “Coop” Cooper (Hamm), a hedge fund manager still grappling with his recent divorce, resorts to stealing from the homes of his neighbours in the exceedingly affluent Westmont Village, only to discover that the secrets and affairs hidden behind those wealthy facades might be more dangerous than he ever imagined.
Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, Hoon Lee, Mark Tallman, Lena Hall, Aimee Carrero, Eunice Bae, Isabel Gravitt and Donovan Colan star alongside Hamm.
From creator Jonathan Tropper, the nine-episode series comes from Apple Studios and is produced by Tropper Ink. Tropper is also the showrunner and executive producer.
Hamm also executive produces alongside Connie Tavel and Craig Gillespie. Gillespie also directs episodes one and two. Additional episodes are directed by Stephanie Laing, Greg Yaitanes and Tropper.
Friends & Neighbors debuts on April 11. It has already been renewed for a second season.
