ITV drops Douglas is Cancelled trailer

TRAILER: Here’s the first look at Douglas is Cancelled, a comedy-drama starring Hugh Bonneville and Karen Gillan set to air later this month on ITV and ITVX.

The four-part series about cancel culture, set in the world of television news, follows the fallout when national treasure news presenter Douglas Bellowes (Bonneville) tells a sexist joke at a wedding. Will his career survive? And is anyone, at home or at the office, really on his side?

The cast also includes Ben Miles, Alex Kingston, Nick Mohammed and Simon Russell Beale.

It is written by Steven Moffat and produced by Hartswood Films.
