FIRST LOOK: Lene Maria Christensen, Soheil Bavi, Clara Rosager, Gustav Giese and Jakob Cedergren head the cast of new Danish police drama Uniformen (The Uniform), which debuts on DRTV on February 20, 2026.

When a student from the police academy shoots and injures an aggressive young man during a violent arrest, the case raises serious questions about the use of force and training of the police. Pressure grows on the school’s new principal as the Independent Police Complaints Authority launches an investigation into the incident, which also examines and challenges the school’s procedures and curricula.

The truth becomes increasingly unclear, and both students and staff are confronted with the difficult choices and heavy responsibility that come with wearing the uniform.

Christensen plays Sanne Hammerby, the principal of the police academy, alongside Bavi, Rosager, Giese, Marco Ilsø, Mathilde Arcel and Clint Ruben as students Youssef Elamin, Freja Vermelin, Tobias Skov, Daniel Kristensen, Liv and Peter. Cedergren is police officer Martin Hammersby and Simon Sears is the prosecutor at the Independent Police Complaints Authority, Elliot Kallehave.

Written by Oscar Giese and Anders August, the six-part series is directed by Jonas Alexander Arnby. It is produced by Sofie Bergstein, Jonas Allen and Peter Bose for Miso Film. It is distributed by Fremantle.

Uniformen debuts online on DRTV on February 20, before its terrestrial launch on DR1 on February 22.
